Ten IPS officers have been given new assignments in Uttarakhand. Riddhim Agarwal has been posted as IGP, Kumaon Zone, while Arun Mohan Joshi takes over as IGP SDRF and Anant Shankar Takwale was given the responsibility of IGP, Training. Similarly, Yogendra Singh Rawat has been appointed as IGP, Personnel; N S Napalchyal as Director, Traffic; Surjeet Singh Panwar as ASP, ATC, Haridwar; Arun Bharti as Additional Superintendent of Police, GRP; Jagdish Chandra as Additional Superintendent of Police Nainital; Lokjeet Singh as Additional Superintendent of Police, Traffic, Dehradun and Swapan Kishore Singh has been give the responsibility of Additional Superintendent of Police, STF.
