In a major reshuffle, as many as 20 IAS officers have been given new responsibilities in Telangana. Shashank Goel has been posted as Vice Chairman, Centre for Good Governance and also placed in Full Additional Charge (FAC) as Director General, EPTRI, while Jayesh Ranjan was transferred as Special Chief Secretary to Government and CEO, Industry & Investment Cell in CMO and Smart Proactive Efficient and Effective Delivery (SPEED) and also placed in FAC as Special Chief Secretary to Government, YAT&C Department and Director, Archaeology; Sanjay Kumar is shifted as Special Chief Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department and ITE&C and Sports; M Dana Kishore as Principal Secretary, LET&F and also placed in FAC as Commissioner, Labour, Director, Insurance Medical Services and Director, Employment & Training and will also continue in FAC of the post of PS to Governor; Smita Sabharwal is shifted as Member Secretary, TG Finance Commission; TK Sreedevi is transferred as Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration (outside HMDA) and also placed in FAC as Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, (for Municipalities & Corporations outside ORR limits); Ilambarithi K as Secretary, Metropolitan Area & Urban Development Department (HMDA limits); RV Karnan as GHMC Commissioner; K Shashanka as Commissioner, Future City Development Authority (FCDA) and will continue in FAC as Director, Mines & Geology. Among other transfers, S Harish was posted as CMD, GENCO; K Nikhila has been placed in FAC of the post of Secretary & CEO, Telangana Human Rights Commission; S Sangeetha Satyanarayana has been posted as Director, Health & Family Welfare and also placed in FAC as the CEO, Arogyasri Health Care; S Venkata Rao as Director, Endowments and also placed in FAC of the post of Executive Officer, Yadagirigutta Temple; P Katyayani Devi as Additional CEO, SERP; E V Narsimha Reddy as Additional CEO, Industry & Investment Cell & SPEED and also placed in FAC as Managing Director, Musi River Development Corporation Ltd (MRDCL); Bhorkhade Hemant Sahadeorao as Zonal Commissioner, GHMC; G Phaneendra Reddy as Managing Director, Telangana Medical Services Infrastructure Development Corporation (TGMSIDC); P Kadhiravan as Joint Commissioner, PR & RD; K Vidya Sagar is posted as Additional Collector (Local Bodies), Hyderabad and was also placed in FAC of the post of Chief Rationing Officer, Hyderabad and R Upender Reddy has been appointed as Secretary, HMDA.
