Harsh Khare, who is presently serving as Officer on Special Duty (OSD), Electrical Engineering (G), Railway Board, has been promoted to Higher Administrative (HA) Grade and posted as OSD, Electrical Engineering (G), in Railway Board itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
