Manish Thaplyal, who is presently working as Principal Executive Director/Rolling Stock (PED/RS) in Research Design and Standards Organisation (RDSO), by temporarily operating the Higher Administrative Grade (HAG) post in senior administrative grade (SAG), has now been posted as PED/RS (CHOD). He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
