The Members, who were handed over offer letters for joining as Members, Income Tax Tribunal Administrative(ITAT), are on the horns of dilemma after the Supreme Court struck down the Tribunal Reforms Act-2021. A total of 16 Members including six Judicial Members and ten Accountant Members were appointed to the ITAT.
