Raj Kumar Wankhede, who is presently serving as Chief Planning and Design Engineer (CPDE) in Central Railway (CR), has been transferred to North Central Railway (NCR) and posted as Chief Administrative Officer (Construction) [CAO (C)]. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
