IAS officers of 1989 batch are top bosses in five states
Five officers of Indian Administrative Service (IAS) of 1989 batch are serving as Chief Secretaries in five States. Accordingly, Rajesh Aggarwal is serving as Chief Secretary, Maharashtra while Dr. Shalini Rajneesh is Chief Secretary of Karnataka and Anurag Jain enjoys as Chief Secretary of Madhya Pradesh. Besides, Shashi Prakash Goyal is rendering his services as Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh and Atal Dulloo serves as Chief Secretary of Jammu & Kashmir.
