Uttam Kumar Singh, who is presently posted in Rail Wheel Plant (RWP), has been transferred to Indian Railway Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (IRIMEE) and posted in the cadre. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
