Pankaj Kumar, who is presently posted in Indian Railway Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (IRIMEE), has been transferred to South Eastern Railway (SER) and posted in the cadre. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
