They are Former 1976 batch IPS officer Alok Joshi, Mssrs-Former Foreign Secretary Shyam Saran, 1976 batch former IPS officer, Rakesh Sood IFS officer, Ranjit Rae former IFS officer and 1984 batch IPS officer Vivek Johri.
