10 states participated at WEF this time
About half a dozen union ministers and 10 states participated in the 56th WEF in Davos. This is for the first time such a large number of Indian states- from developing to developed - attended and presented their achievements before the World. Maharashtra, Telangana, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Assam, MP, UP, Jharkhand and Kerala. Assam and Jharkhand making their debut at the summit. Chief Ministers from UP, Kerala, Gujarat and Karnataka did not go to Davos instead their senior ministers represented their respective states.
