Syed Tausif Abbas, Senior Deputy Director General (Telecommunications Engineering Centre), Department of Telecommunications, has been assigned an additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL) for a period of three months.
