As many as 16 IAS officers have been reshuffled and given new assignments in Jharkhand. Mast Ram Meena has been appointed as Member, Revenue Board, Jharkhand, while Rajesh Kumar Sharma joins as Secretary, Food, Public Distribution and Consumer Affairs Department and K Srinivasan was made Secretary, Energy Department and given additional charge of MD, Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited. Similarly, Manoj Kumar is posted as Secretary, Rural Development Department and will also hold the charge of Secretary, Rural Works and Panchayati Raj Department; Mrs Vipra Bhal as Secretary, Disaster Management Department; Manoj Kumar as Divisional Commissioner, South Chotanagpur, Ranchi, with additional charge of North Chotanagpur Division, Hazaribagh; Mukesh Kumar, Secretary, Planning and Development Department, has been given additional charge of Tourism, Art, Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs Department in addition to his duties; Uma Shankar Singh, Secretary, School Education and Literacy Department, gets additional charge of Women, Child Development and Social Security Department; Rajiv Ranjan is appointed as Secretary, Transport Department; Abu Imran as Secretary, Drinking Water and Sanitation Department; Sanjay Kumar as In-charge Divisional Commissioner, Santhal Pargana, Dumka; Sandeep Singh as Labor Commissioner, Jharkhand; Gholap Ramesh Gorakh as Civil Security Commissioner, Jharkhand; Mrs Kumud Sahay as In-charge Divisional Commissioner, Palamu, Medininagar; Ravi Ranjan Kumar Vikram as In-charge Divisional Commissioner, Kolhan, Chaibasa and Shashi Ranjan has been assigned the responsibility of Additional Secretary, Drinking Water and Sanitation Department and he will also hold the additional charge of Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission.
