NBCC Crosses Rs 10,000 Crore Total Income Mark for First Time in FY26 (UPDATED)

State-owned construction and project management company NBCC (India) Limited has achieved a major financial milestone by crossing Rs 10,000 crore in standalone total income for the first time in its history during the financial year 2025-26. The company reported a standalone total income of Rs 10,055.45 crore, registering a growth of 12.43 per cent over Rs 8,943.71 crore recorded in FY25. On a consolidated basis, total income rose by 7.52 per cent to Rs13,195.89 crore from Rs 12,273 crore in the previous fiscal.

NBCC also posted its highest-ever profitability figures during the year. Standalone profit before tax (PBT) increased by 45 per cent to Rs 913.13 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) surged by 47.72 per cent to Rs 703.29 crore compared to FY25. Consolidated PAT stood at Rs 742.45 crore, reflecting a rise of 33.19 per cent year-on-year. The company announced a dividend payout of Rs 270 crore for FY26.

The strong annual performance was supported by robust fourth-quarter results. During Q4FY26, standalone total income rose by 21.61 per cent to Rs 3,965.05 crore, while PAT climbed 60.41 per cent to Rs 220.06 crore. Consolidated PAT for the quarter increased by 38.78 per cent to Rs 253.51 crore.

NBCC secured fresh business worth Rs18,780 crore on a consolidated basis during FY26, while its standalone order book stood at Rs 1.13 lakh crore as of March 31, 2026. The company also awarded works worth Rs 11,546 crore at the consolidated level during the year.

Looking ahead, NBCC said it has entered FY27 with strong momentum driven by key redevelopment and real estate projects, including the Supreme Court-backed Supertech resolution, GPRA redevelopment projects in Delhi, Amrapali projects, Bharat Business Park, and developments in Jammu & Kashmir and Goa. The company is also expanding its international footprint through partnerships in Dubai, Seychelles, and other overseas markets.

Chairman and Managing Director Dr. K. P. Mahadevaswamy said the company’s strong order book, strategic monetisation initiatives, and expanding global presence position NBCC for sustained growth in the coming years.
