In a major administrative reshuffle, the Bihar government has transferred 21 IAS officers. Tyagarajan S M, has been appointed as the Chairman of Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) and also assigned the additional charge of Special Secretary, Health Department, while Subrat Kumar Sen will join as Managing Director, Bihar Medical Services and Infrastructure Corporation Limited. Similarly, Anand Kishore will take charge as ACS, Environment & Forest; Robert L. Chongthu as Principal Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs Department; Mohammad Sohail as Secretary, Minority Welfare Department and will continue to hold the additional charge of Secretary, GAD; Navin Kumar as Special Secretary, Prohibition, Excise and Registration Department and continue to hold additional charge as Secretary-in-Charge, Information and Public Relations Department (IPRD) and Managing Director, Bihar State Beverages Corporation Limited; Saurav Jorwal, as Managing Director,  South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (SBPDCL) and Dharmendra Kumar is now Chairman, Bihar State Bridge Construction Corporation Limited (BSBCCL), Patna.
