Assam govt shifts Nibedita Borthakur to Asst Commissioner, Panchayat & RD (UPDATED)
The Assam govt has withdrawn the services of Mrs. Nibedita Borthakur, (ACS DR-21), Election Officer, Darrang, from the Election Department and transferred and posted her as Assistant Commissioner, Commissionerate of Panchayat & Rural Development (CPRD), Assam.
