Vijay Kumar has retired long back but the website of the Department of expenditure, Ministry of Finance is still showing him as Financial Commissioner, Railways. His successor Ms Manjula Ranganathan is holding the post for the last one year and is scheduled to retire in September this year. Both are IRAS officers. Now the question is who will update the website? All officers, who deal with the Finance in the different Departments and Ministries, report to the Ministry of Finance.
