Pallavi Singh Prakash – who is presently posted as Chairman, Railway Recruitment Council (RRC), Jaipur in North Western Railway – has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Delhi, on deputation basis under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years.
