The employees and officers of the Steel Authority of India (SAIL) infected by COVID-19 are overwhelmed by unexpected supports of the Chairperson, Ms Soma Mondal during the period of illness. The Chairperson is reported to have constituted a committee to ensure supply of grocery items, gas cylinders, and medicines to the houses of infected employees and officers as well as admission of employees and officers to the hospitals in medical need.
