Arvind Saran has been appointed as First Secretary (Trade), Customs Overseas Intelligence Network (COIN), Embassy of India (EOI), Moscow, for a period of three years. He is a 2005 batch IRS (C&IT) officer. His deputation tenure as Director, Department of Revenue, under Central Staffing Scheme has been curtailed.
