Vijay Pratap Singh - who is currently posted as Additional General Manager (AGM) in South East Central Railway (SECR) - has been transferred to Railway Board and posted as Principal Executive Director (Traction), Railway Board. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
