ACC waives extended cooling-off period for IAS Gyanesh Bharti

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the waiver of the extended “cooling-off” period for Gyanesh Bharti, a 1998-batch IAS officer of the UT cadre. The waiver was approved in connection with his premature repatriation from central deputation to his parent cadre.
