Aeroflex Enterprises Ltd re-appoints Uma Mandavgane as NE Director

Uma Manoj Mandavgane has been re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Woman Director of Aeroflex Enterprises Limited, commencing May 31, 2027. She is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with over three decades of experience in risk advisory, consulting, corporate finance and treasury management.
