The programme was followed by readings of messages from the President, Vice-President and Prime Minister by senior officials. The Chief Vigilance Officer read out the message from the Central Vigilance Commission. Similar pledge-taking ceremonies were organised by the respective heads of projects across NMDC’s project units, reinforcing the collective commitment to ethical conduct and good governance.

As part of the observance, various competitions are being organised for employees and other stakeholders. A Run for Integrity will also be held to commemorate the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, promoting the values of unity, integrity and public service. The week-long observance will conclude with a valedictory function, during which winners of the competitions will be felicitated.
