Akash Sethi has been re-appointed as Joint Managing Director of Shree Pacetronix Limited, effective August 14, 2027. Meanwhile, Ms. Manali Tongia and Ms. Somya Chhabra have been re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors, commencing March 24, 2027.
