Board-level changes at Quintegra Solutions

Meleveettil Padmanabhan has been re-appointed as a Director of Quintegra Solutions Limited. Meanwhile, V Sriraman has been re-appointed as Whole-Time Director with effect from May 18, 2026. Separately, KSM Rao has been re-appointed as an Independent Director of the company.
