CNOs for four Aspirational Agricultural Districts appointed

Central Nodal Officers (CNOs) have been appointed to review and monitor the Aspirational Agricultural Districts under the Prime Minister Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana (PMDDKY).

Accordingly, Ajay Nagabhushan, Joint Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, has been appointed CNO for Chitradurga district in Karnataka, while Sharandeep Kaur Brar, General Manager, Food Corporation of India (FCI), will oversee Shravasti district in Uttar Pradesh.

Similarly, Govind Jaiswal, Joint Secretary, Department of Higher Education, has been appointed CNO for Banda district in Uttar Pradesh, and Baldeo Purushartha, Joint Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs (DEA), will serve as CNO for Jangaon district in Telangana.
