Ex-Hindalco CFO Sunirmal Talukdar joins Rupa & Company board

Sunirmal Talukdar has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of Rupa & Company Limited. A Chartered Accountant, he has over three decades of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, governance and strategic planning. He retired as Group Executive President and Chief Financial Officer of Hindalco Industries in 2012 and subsequently served as CFO of Haldia Petrochemicals from November 2016 to November 2018.
