Gaurav Jain appointed MD & CEO, TRIL and Tata Housing

Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited (TRIL) and Tata Housing Development Company have announced the appointment of Gaurav Jain as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2026.

Jain brings over two decades of experience in the real estate sector, with extensive expertise spanning strategy, operations, sales, marketing and P&L leadership. During his career, he has worked with leading real estate organisations, gaining a broad understanding of the industry and business operations.

In his new role, Jain will lead the strategic and operational growth of TRIL and Tata Housing, as the Tata Group’s real estate businesses enter a new phase of growth and development.

Tata Realty and Infrastructure welcomed Jain to the organisation and expressed confidence in his leadership as the company looks to build its next phase of growth.
