Key Corporation re-appoints RK Tandon as NE Director

Ravindra Kumar Tandon has been re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director of Key Corporation Limited, effective June 9, 2026. Tandon, who has earlier served as the former President of the Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange Association Limited, Kanpur, has over 45 years of experience in secondary market operations. He has also previously served as the Chairman of the United Mercantile Co-operative Bank.
