Ladakh IAS officer removed as cooperative chairman

IAS officer Prasanna Ramaswamy, who had been transferred from J&K to Lakshadweep, was removed as chairman of the Looms of Ladakh Women Cooperative governing body; Leh DC Romil Singh Donk will assume the ex-officio role. The matter follows questions over registration/functioning and an MHA examination.
