MS Bhatia posted as ED (C&IS), Railway Board

Mandeep Singh Bhatia, who is being relieved as Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Ambala Cantonment, Northern Railway (NR), has been transferred to Railway Board, where he has been posted as Executive Director (C&IS). He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
