PESB recommends Rathin Mitra for Dir (Per) WCL

The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended the name of Rathin Mitra, General Manager (Coordination), Coal India Limited, for the post of Director (Personnel), Western Coalfields Limited (WCL).
