Reshuffle of IAS officers in W Bengal

Khalid Aizaz Anwar has been appointed as Secretary, Finance, while Surendra Kumar Meena will join as Commissioner, Commercial Taxes and Dr Uma Sankar will assume charge as Sr Special Secretary, Housing.

Similarly, Anshul Gupta joins as Director, District Distribution Procurement & Supply, Food & Supplies Dept with additional charge of MD, WBECSC; Hrishikes Mudi as Special Commissioner, O/o Bardhaman Division; Suman Kumar Ghosh as Special Commissioner, Science and Technology and Biotechnology; Chinmoy Dey as Special Commissioner, Agriculture; Sumant Sahay as MD, WBTDCL and Director, Tourism; Shaikh Ansar Ahmad as Spl Secretary, Animal Resources Development and Ms Divya Murugesamn is posted as Joint Municipal Commissioner, Kolkata Municipal Corporation. 

Among other key transfers Avneet Punia is shifted as Spl Secretary, Information & Cultural Affairs; Nripendra SIngh as ED, WBIDC; Suman Saurav Mohanty as Special Commissioner, GST, Durgapur; Ravi Ranjan as Director, ESI (MB) Scheme, Labour Dept; Mrs Neetu Shukla as Spl Secretary, IT & E & MD, WEBEL; Ms Haseena Zahera Rizvi as Labour Commissioner and Ms Priyadarshini Bhattacharya will take charge as Joint Secretary, Finance.
