Smruti Ranjan Sethy is PCME, SWR

Ms Smruti Ranjan Sethy, on return from deputation to the Ministry of Commerce, has been transferred to South Western Railway (SWR) and posted as Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer (PCME). She is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
