Sumit Zaveri named Restaurant Brands Asia India CEO

Sumit Zaveri has been appointed Chief Executive Officer – India Business of Restaurant Brands Asia Limited with effect from November 1, 2026. Separately, Shivakumar Dega has been appointed Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, while Anand Bathiya has been appointed Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the company.
