Temporary upgradation of post held by IAS Varsha Joshi

The ACC has approved the temporary upgradation of a vacant Joint Secretary-level post to the level of Additional Secretary in the Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, within the overall sanctioned strength under the Central Staffing Scheme. The post, to be held by Ms Varsha Joshi, IAS (AGMUT: 1995), has been upgraded for the period from December 5, 2026, to July 26, 2027.
