Kishor Jhunjhunwala has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of Uniworth Securities Limited. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in handling accounts, finance and management.

Meanwhile, Vivek Chaudhary has resigned as Independent Director of the company.
