Delhi pollution in severe category
The National Capital, New Delhi's health is not good. Its AQI has reached to a severe category. All primary schools in Delhi have been moved online and will continue "until further directions". On Friday morning, the whole NCR was wrapped in a thick layer of smog. The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) has imposed restrictions under the third stage of the graded response action plan (GRAP), including a ban on construction activities and plying vehicles on BS-III petrol and BS-IV diesel vehicles in the city and NCR from Friday. The AQI in various places of Delhi was hovering between 410 to 498. The air quality crosses over 400, which falls under the severe category.
