Rajesh Kumar has been transferred to Eastern Railway and posted in the cadre. He is a 1997 batch Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer and was working with Indian Railways Institute of Transport Management (IRITM) as Senior Professor/ Dean prior to this appointment.
