Fifteen IAS officers have been given field postings as Collector and District Magistrate (DM) of various districts in Odisha. Raghuram Iyer has been appointed as Collector and DM, Kendrapara, while Dr Maheshwar Swain takes over as Collector and DM, Nagarangpur and Amrit Ruturaj was made Collector and DM, Khorda and Dibya Jyoti Parida is now Collector and DM, Puri. Similarly, Somesh Upadhyay is now Collector and DM of Malkangiri; Ashish Ishwar Patil of Dhenkanal; Subhankar Mohapatra of Sundargarh; Keerthi Vasan V of Ganjam; Manoj Satyawan Mahajan of Koraput; Vedbhushan of Kandhamal; Ashutosh Kulkarni of Rayagada;Asish Ishwar Patil of Dhenkanal; Ms Madhumita of Gajapati; Chavan Kumar Motiram of Jharsuguda; Bibhuti Bhusan Nayak of Boudh; Nruparaj Sahu of Sonepur and Ambar Kumar Kar will take charge as Collector and District Magistrate of Jajpur.
