IAS officers have been assigned new responsibilities in MP. K C Gupta has been appointed as ACS, Cottage and Village Industries, while Dr Navneet Mohan Kothari will take over as PS to Governor. Besides, Ashok Barnwal, ACS, Forest will also hold charge of posts of ACS, Environment and Environment Commissioner and DG, EPCO; Chandramauli Shukla, MD, MP Industrial Development Corporation, will hold additional charge of Additional Secretary, Chief Minister; Deepak Arya, CEO, Rural Road Development Authority, gets additional responsibility of ED, EPCO. Besides, Amit Rathore, PS, Commercial Tax and PS, Cottage & Village Industries, will be relieved of additional responsibility of PS, Cottage & Village Industries and Mrs Uma Maheshwari is relieved of additional charge of ED, EPCO.
