The book titled ‘Youth & Truth’ penned by an Odisha cadre IAS officer, Dr Partha Sarathi Mishra was released at the World Education Summit 2025 on August 19, 2025 in the presence of Her excellency the High Commission of Sri Lanka; Chairman AICTE; Chairman NAAC; Director, IIM Ahmedabad; Vice Chancellor, Banaras Hindu University; Director, CBSE and many more dignitaries. It is really unspeakable pleasure and a high sense of honour as his creative creation was released on a Global platform and in the presence of guests from 25 countries. Dr Mishra was also the keynote Speaker of the Summit. The appreciation he received was intellectually satisfying and exceptionally motivating.
