Three IPS officers in Delhi have been attached to CP’s Secretariat (PHQ) and designated. Accordingly, Vijay Kumar has been designated as Joint CP, CP Secretariat-cum-OSD to CP, while Rohit Rajbir Singh is designated DCP (Crime), CP Secretariat and Vikram K Porwal was designated as DCP (Administration), CP Secretariat.  Besides, Rajiv Ranjan Singh will look after the work of Additional CP, Eastern Range.
