IAS officers have been reshuffled in Kerala. Minhaj Alam, PS, Forest and Wildlife, will also hold charge of Chairman & Managing Director, Kerala State Electricity Board Limited (KSEB), while Dr A Kowsigan, Secretary, Ports, gets an additional charge of SC/ST Development and Backwards Classes Development Departments. Similarly, Jeevan Babu K is posted as Commissioner, Land Revenue, with additional charges of Commissioner, Disaster Management and State Project Manager, National Cyclone Risk Mitigation Project; Anjana M, Additional Secretary-I, GAD (AIS), will also serve as Project Director, Kerala State Transport Project; John V Samuel is posted as Additional Secretary, Local Self Government Department; Anju K S as Staff Officer to the Chief Secretary while retaining additional charge of MD, Backwards Classes Development Corporation.; Anie Jula Thomas, OSD, Industries Department, will hold the additional charge of Director, Coir Development; Vishnuraj P, Director, Industries, will also hold the additional charge of MD, Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation; Rahul Krishna Sharma will serve as CEO, Smart City Thiruvananthapuram; Arun S Nair, Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, is posted as Additional District Magistrate, Sabarimala, but will return to his parent post after the Mandala-Makaravilakku season and Harshil R Meena, Director, Environment and Climate Change, will hold the additional charge of CEO, ANERT.
