Justice Manoj Kumar Gupta recommended as Chief Justice of Uttarakhand HC (UPDATED)
The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the elevation of Justice Manoj Kumar Gupta, Judge of the Allahabad High Court, as Chief Justice of the Uttarakhand High Court, consequent upon the retirement of the incumbent Chief Justice on January 9, 2026.
