Jai Bhagwan Singh, who is presently serving as Deputy Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer (Pension), Northern Railway (NR), has been selected for deputation to Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) and posted as Joint General Manager (Finance) at Chandigarh for a period of five years. He is an Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) officer.
