G Anupama was relieved from the Department of Citizen Resources Information and appointed as ACS, Department of Civil Aviation while retaining charge of SEWA Department; Apoorva Kumar Singh has been appointed as ACS, Department of Higher Education and the Department of Public Works (B&R) and Architecture; Anurag Agarwal as ACS, Town and Country Planning and Urban Estates; Vijendra Kumar was relieved from the Department of Cooperation and posted as ASC, Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare with his other charges remaining unchanged; Pankaj Agarwal as Principal Secretary, Irrigation and Water Resources while retaining charge of Department of Mines and Geology; Vijay Singh Dahiya as PS, School Education while retaining charge of Departments of Animal Husbandry and Sports; Ashima Brar as Commissioner and Secretary, Department of Energy; Phool Chand Meena was assigned additional charge of CEO, Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority; Saket Kumar retains the post of Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, in addition to serving as the Commissioner of the Department of Cooperation: A Mona Sreenivas as Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi; J Ganesan is relieved from the Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority and appointed as Commissioner and Secretary, Departments of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, and Citizen Resources Information; Ashok Kumar Meena will be appointed as Commissioner and Secretary, Department of Urban Local Bodies; Mani Ram Sharma as Registrar of Cooperative Societies; Mukul Kumar as Director, Urban Local Bodies Department; Dr Aditya Dahiya as MD, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam; Vijay Kumar Siddappa Bhavikatti as MD, HAFED and MD, Haryana International Horticulture Marketing Corporation; Sushil Sarwan as MD, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation and the Haryana Financial Corporation; Neha Singh as Deputy Commissioner, Sonipat; Varsha Khangwal as State Project Director, Haryana School Education Project Council; Manita Malik as Director,  Elementary Education Department and Vandana Disodia WAS  Appointed as Director, Skill Development and Industrial Training Department.
