‘12th Fail’ Fame IPS Officer Manoj Kumar Sharma Appointed Joint CP (Law and Order), Mumbai (UPDATED)
Manoj Kumar Sharma, in whose life the movie 12th fail was based, will be the new Joint CP (Law and Order), Mumbai.Sharma is a 2005 batch IPS officer and earlier served as DCP zone 1 and additional CP (West region) in Mumbai. He was also with CISF.
