IAS Raju Narayana Swamy’s book on IPR released in Chicago (UPDATED)

A book written by IAS officer, Dr. Raju Narayana Swamy, (IAS KL:1991), Principal Secretary, Department of Sainik Welfare, Keralam, popularly known as anti-corruption crusader and firebrand officer, is attracting widespread attention. The book covers a variety of topics in the IP landscape ranging from Patent Misuse, Block Chain – AI - IP Interface, Performers’ Rights, Utility Models and Patentability criteria across the globe. It also deals with various seminal judgments from various jurisdictions in the field of IPRs. The book was released by Somnath Ghosh, Consul General of India at a function held in Chicago. This is the 37th book penned by Dr. Swamy.
